Sets source_version to Flutter 3.27 (was the "Flutter 3.x" placeholder), so the studyset's version chip shows the exact release the content reflects. Re-curates cleanly (10 notes / 20 cards / 7 tags).

The version stamp is provenance: it tells learners which release the content reflects and acts as the re-curation anchor (bump it + curated_at on each refresh). Evergreen fundamentals age slowly; release-specific news lives in the version-tagged announcements.
